- Summer Fiesta Week June 16-20: Join us as we kick off Cougar Kids Camp 2008 fiesta style! Our campers will be celebrating the start of summer with new games, special treats and plenty of time enjoying the sun. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits as we will spend plenty of time hanging out by the pool.
- EcoAdventures Week June 23-27: Cougar Kids Camp goes nature-style this week as we celebrate all things cool about the outdoors. Our friends from the Outdoor Recreation Center will be teaching us about their EcoAdventures program and help our campers enhance our community.
- Red, White, and Blue Week June 30-July 3*: Get ready to show your spirit as we enjoy a week of America’s favorite pastimes. Campers will be playing baseball and feasting on watermelon as we enjoy the summer sun. *Registration fee is discounted for this week. There will be no camp on Friday, July 4.
- Around the World Week July 7-11: All our bags are packed and ready to go! Campers will be jet setting across the globe this week as we learn about games, crafts and fun other kids have throughout the world. Don’t worry about bringing your passport; campers will have the chance to make their own as we travel through the week. Ciao!
- Mini-Cougar Week July 14-18: GO…COUGS!! This week we send out campers to college! No need to worry about exams or tests, we’ll be trading course work for the lighter side of being a Cougar. From a trip to Ferdinand’s, seeing the sights on-campus and meeting some Cougar athletes, our campers are sure to make the grade this week. W-S-U, Washington State!
- Lights, Camera, Action Week July 21-25: Quiet on the set! This week will bring out the director, producer, and actor in all of us as we create our own news broadcasts and plays. Campers will have the opportunity to write scripts, develop sets, and star in their performances. Campers will be available for autographs during Friday’s performances. That’s a wrap!
- Blast from the Past Week July 28-August 1: We’re kickin’ it old school this week as campers go back in time to celebrate decades from the past. Campers will learn games from years gone by and maybe bring some of those old trends back in style. Be on the look out for our camp staff as they dust the dirt off those old threads for our fashion show.
- Week of the Olympians August 4-8: With the 2008 Summer Games just around the corner, campers will experience Cougar Kids Camp’s very own version of the games by creating their own countries and participating in familiar, and a few surprise events. We will be sure to end camp with a bang during our closing ceremonies on Friday. Campers will be going for the gold this week!
